Sarah Cuthill Principal, Deloitte and Executive Sponsor for Deloitte Consulting’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion business

Sarah has been a principal at Deloitte since May 2002. Sarah currently serves as Secretary of the Board for Deloitte LLP and Deloitte USA LLP and she leads strategic projects on behalf of the Board and Office of the Chair. Sarah is also the Executive Sponsor for Deloitte Consulting’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion business.

Sarah has more than 30 years of leadership and client service experience leading large-scale global human capital services and projects including future of work, workforce strategy & transformation, diversity, equity & inclusion, leadership, rewards and global mobility. Sarah excels at driving innovative approaches to serve clients and transform via a highly collaborative approach. 

Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and French from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Arts in Intercultural Relations from Lesley College.
