Katie Rowen SVP, Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer

Katie leads Vontier’s global legal organization, including M&A, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property, securities and governance, compliance, EHS, insurance, government relations, public policy, and risk management. She also leads Vontier's ESG and sustainability efforts.  Since April 2021, she has also led the global Human Resources and Communications teams at Vontier and is ultimately responsible for inclusion, diversity and equity, talent, total rewards, executive compensation, learning & development, and communications and branding. She serves on the Board of Directors and as the President of Vontier Foundation and is the Executive Sponsor of the Vontier Veterans employee resource group.
 
Katie was an executive at Fortive from 2017-2020, leading global labor and employment, general litigation and sustainability / corporate social responsibility.  Katie was a legal, compliance and crisis management executive at Raytheon Company from 2011-2017. She was a trial lawyer in private practice prior to moving in-house. She is a frequent speaker on a wide range of topics including diversity, inclusion and equity strategies, ESG and risk management.
