Dan Stevenson, named one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” by Utah Business, oversees all legal and compliance matters at Domo and has worked closely with technology and emerging growth companies throughout his entire career. Stevenson led the Domo legal team in securing nearly $500 million in private funding as well as the execution of Domo’s Nasdaq initial public offering (IPO) in 2018. Prior to Domo, he was general counsel and secretary at Fusion-io, where he was instrumental in the company’s $270 million IPO on the New York Stock Exchange and its $1.3-billion sale to SanDisk Corp. Before transitioning to being an in-house advisor, Stevenson was an attorney at Silicon Valley–based Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. There he specialized in technology transactions and intellectual property. He graduated cum laude from the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School.
