Sabrina Saunders Mosby is a seasoned executive, civic leader, and strategist who currently serves as President and CEO of Vibrant Pittsburgh, an economic development organization advancing regional growth through inclusive workplace practices and talent strategies. Under her leadership, Vibrant Pittsburgh engages more than 50,000 stakeholders and close to 140 employers across sectors, positioning inclusion as a driver of innovation and economic vitality.

With more than 20 years of experience, Sabrina has led mission-driven organizations through transformation and growth. She has managed several nonprofit budgets, diversified revenue streams, and partnered with philanthropic and corporate funders to align resources with community needs. She has also overseen the distribution of community mini-grants and federal investments, ensuring accountability and impact.

A recognized thought leader and speaker, Sabrina has been honored as a New Pittsburgh Courier Woman of Excellence, a six-time Business Times Power 100 leader, and was selected as one of 10 regional leaders to represent Pittsburgh in the 2025 Harvard Business School Young American Leaders Program.

Sabrina currently serves on the boards of Allegheny Health Network, Carlow University, the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh, as a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Community Advisory Council and the National Association of Corporate Directors – Three Rivers Chapter. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Social Change from Carlow University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Pittsburgh with her husband Brandon and their son Lincoln.
