Nina M. Faber is Chief Human Resources Officer at Sunbelt Solomon, a leading industrial transformer sales and services company serving utility, industrial, and commercial markets (Top Industrial Transformer Company - Sales & Services).

As CHRO, Nina designs and leads the company’s enterprise HR strategy, aligning talent, culture, and organizational capability with Sunbelt Solomon’s strategic growth objectives.

A licensed attorney, Nina has held senior HR and legal roles at Armada Supply Chain Solutions, MSA Safety, Inc., and Reed Smith LLP. Before transitioning in-house, she clerked for the Honorable Thomas M. Hardiman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Honorable Judith F. Olson of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Nina is active in civic and non-profit leadership, serving in an elected role on the Board of Supervisors for Marshall Township, Pennsylvania, and on the boards of the National Association of Corporate Directors (Three Rivers Chapter) and the YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh.

She earned her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
