Having quiet time each morning before starting work.

What’s a book every board member should read?

Stonewall Jackson by Bud Robertson. The book is a very well written biography about Jackson's life and leadership.

What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?

Be still and know that I am God (Psalms 46:10).

In your experience, what differentiates great board chairs?

Someone that is able to effectively lead challenging discussions with a several viable options and have the Board come to a resolution that everyone is supports.

If you had an extra free hour every day, how would you spend it?

Spending time with my family.

What’s the most unforgettable trip or experience you’ve ever had?

I hiked across the Grand Canyon with my son, camping below the rim for five nights.
