William “Bill” Goings has extensive experience in corporate board governance and in global executive business leadership.

Mr. Goings currently serves on the boards of both public and privately held companies. He serves as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee at Encore Capital Group; as Chair of the Compensation Committee at TrueBlue, Inc.; as a member of the Investment and Audit Committees at The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company; and as Board Chair and a member of the Audit and Finance Committee at AARP Services Inc. 

Mr. Goings has worked for global companies as a business unit chief executive officer and in functional roles spanning strategic planning, international business development, e-business, and corporate banking. He served as Executive Vice President of TD Bank Group and as President of TD Insurance. Prior to joining TD Bank Group, Mr. Goings held various business leadership and operational roles at Genworth Financial Inc., GE Capital, Amoco Corporation, Citigroup, Continental Illinois, and Philadelphia National Bank. 

Mr. Goings holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at
Northwestern University and a BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College.
