Virginia Gambale is a technology leader, investor, and experienced board director. As managing partner of Azimuth Partners LLC, she advises organizations globally on leveraging disruptive technologies (e.g. cloud, AI, data analytics, blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and interactive B2B) to drive growth, innovation, and transformation. She also advises to several technology and cybersecurity startups.

Gambale currently serves as chair of the board and chair of the nominating and governance committee at Nutanix (NASDAQ: NTNX), and as a director of EVERTEC (NYSE: EVTC), Virtu Financial (NASDAQ: VIRT), and several private companies. Throughout her governance career,  she has served on over 20 public and private boards, including JetBlue (NASDAQ-JBLU), Motive (NASDAQ-MOTV), Piper Jaffray (NYSE-PJC), Workbrain (TSE-WB), Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ-SNCR), FD Technologies (LSE:FDRVF), and IQ Financial. She has frequently served on audit, compensation, technology, risk, and transaction committees. 

Gambale also serves as a trustee of The Juilliard School.
