Suzan Morno‑Wade is a seasoned public company director whose governance portfolio spans the industrial, manufacturing, technology, consumer, and health technology sectors. She serves as an independent director and compensation committee chair for Latham Group (NASDAQ: SWIM) and Veritiv Holdings, guiding oversight of strategy, financial performance, enterprise risk, CEO and leadership succession, M&A, and organizational health.

Morno-Wade supports the development of future directors through her service on the advisory board of the University of North Carolina Director Development Initiative. She also advises early‑stage technology companies using AI to transform markets.
