Susan Gray leads energy transition investment strategy at Argo Infrastructure Partners, a $7.5 billion infrastructure investment manager, and serves on the firm's investment and risk committees. Her responsibilities span energy, digital, and transportation infrastructure. She also serves on the Global Advisory Board of UAP Group.

An international business leader, investor and corporate director, Gray brings more than 30 years of experience across global financial markets, private capital, energy transition, infrastructure investment, and enterprise risk. Prior to joining Argo, she served as global head of corporate and infrastructure ratings at S&P Global, where she led a team providing credit opinions on 5,000 companies and $17 trillion of debt and helped develop products for assessing emerging nonfinancial risks.

Earlier in her career, Gray spent 20 years at Macquarie Group in senior investment banking and infrastructure roles.She is NACD Directorship Certified and a DCRO Qualified Risk Director, with expertise in credit, enterprise risk, capital allocation, infrastructure, and global governance.
