Sean Aggarwal is the chairman of the board at Lyft. As the company’s founding investor, he worked closely with the cofounders to help scale it from an idea to a $2 billion IPO. He is also currently the chairman of Borderless AI, a software company he cofounded in 2022.

Aggarwal previously served as the CFO at Trulia, an online real estate company, where he led the company’s IPO and managed the $3.5 billion acquisition by Zillow. Earlier in his career, he was a finance executive at Amazon, PayPal, and eBay. He started his career in investment banking with Merrill Lynch in New York.
