Rich Stoddart currently serves as chair of the board of Hasbro, previously serving as interim CEO.

Prior to that, Stoddart served as president and CEO of InnerWorkings (Nasdaq: INWK) and sat on the board when the company was sold to HH Global. Stoddart has also served as the global CEO and president of Leo Burnett Worldwide, CEO of Leo Burnett North America, and president of Leo Burnett North America, as well as in several marketing roles.Stoddart currently serves on the boards of Altria (NYSE: MO), HighDive, and Affinity Answers. He previously chaired the board of Selina (NASDAQ: SLNA). He serves as a senior advisor to MK Capital, , is an advisor for Mavera, and is an executive mentor for the ExCo Group. He is also a member of nonprofit Off the Street Club's board.

Stoddart received the 2002 Adverting Hall of Achievement award, was named by Advertising Age as one of 2004’s Marketing 50, and received the 2013 Career Achiever Award from the American Advertising Federation.
