Ric Kimball is a KPMG principal and the US and Americas Leader for the Internal Audit and Controls practice, where he directs a team of over 1,000 professionals. With a distinguished 24-year career at the firm, he is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and quality of their internal audit, risk, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance services.

Kimball is a recognized leader in the industry, recently honored with the Internal Audit Beacon Award for his significant contributions. An alumnus of Auburn University, he remains actively involved on its School of Accountancy advisory council. His community leadership includes board positions with the IIA Atlanta Chapter, NACD Atlanta, and the Boy Scouts of America Atlanta Area Council. Kimball holds both CIA and CRMA certifications.
