Renée Hornbaker is a CPA and a NACD Directorship Certified director. After retiring as CFO of public and private companies, she now focuses on corporate board service. Hornbaker brings extensive experience guiding companies through growth, transformation, and complex operating environments. She helps drive long-term value creation through strong governance, strategic insight, and disciplined financial oversight. Her experience spans organizations ranging from emerging-growth companies to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Hornbaker served on the board of Freeman for 12 years, helping guide the company's transition from a family-managed to a professionally managed enterprise. She currently serves on the boards of Eastman Chemical, Deep Isolation, Ausenco, and Global Advanced Metals.
