Paula Cholmondeley is a director emeritus of Terex Corporation (NYSE). She is also a member of the boards of the Bank OZK (NASDAQ) and Lexeo Therapeutics, a gene therapy company. As an independent director, she has chaired five audit committees, as well as a governance, and a strategy and corporate social responsibility committee. She has served on compensation and investment committees.

Her previous public boards include: Dentsply Sirona Corporation, Mineral Technology, Inc., Ultralife Inc., Armco Steel Inc., Albany Internationa, and; Kapstone Paper and Packaging. She was also an independent trustee of Nationwide Mutual Funds. During her executive career, Cholmondeley served as was president of divisions with revenues up to $750 million and CFO of companies with revenues up to $2 billion. She is a non-practicing CPA and holds an MS in accounting from the Wharton School and a BS in accounting from Howard University.
