Pam Reeve

Pamela Reeve is chair of American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) and CareQuest Institute for Oral Health. She has served on numerous public, private, and nonprofit boards and currently holds leadership roles with organizations including the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization, the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, Greentown Labs, and The Women's Edge.

Reeve is the former CEO of Lightbridge, Inc., a technology company she headed from start up in 1989, took public in 1996, and ran for 15 years. Earlier in her career, she spent 11 years at Boston Consulting Group and later served as the founding CEO of openairboston.net, Boston's wireless initiative.

Her governance and leadership contributions have been widely recognized, including being named NACD New England Director of the Year, an NACD Directorship 100 Honoree, and the New England Council's 2024 New Englander of the Year.

Reeve holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.
