Neal Pollard is a partner at Control Risks, where he leads the Digital Risks Advisory practice for the Western Hemisphere and serves as global lead partner for Insider Risk Management Services and High Risk Digital Services. He advises senior executives on cyber risk, AI governance, and digital resilience, helping organizations safeguard digital value against the risks of online business. 

Over a 30-year career spanning government, industry, and academia, Pollard worked as an intelligence officer in the US counterterrorism community, supported technical intelligence operations for the CIA and technology development for DARPA, helped shape White House policy, advised Fortune 10 companies, and led the global cybersecurity program for UBS as chief information security officer.

Pollard is founder, board director and general counsel of the Terrorism Research Center. An NACD Directorship Certified director, he is an attorney and adjunct professor at Columbia and Georgetown Universities.
