Michael Lyman is chair of Accenture’s Reinvention Executive Advisory, where he counsels CEOs, boards of directors, and executive leadership teams on enterprise transformation, growth, technology innovation, and long-term value creation.

With more than 30 years of experience, Lyman works closely with Fortune 500 leadership teams to help them rethink business models, modernize operations, deploy emerging technologies—including artificial intelligence—and build resilient organizations capable of sustained reinvention.

As chair of the Reinvention Executive Advisory, Lyman leads a team of former CEOs, senior operators, and strategic advisors who counsel executives during pivotal moments of transformation. Previously, he led Accenture’s North America Strategy & Consulting business and the firm’s global operating model thought leadership. Before joining Accenture, he held multiple global leadership roles at BearingPoint, advising clients across financial services, healthcare, strategy, and innovation.

Lyman serves on several Accenture leadership councils and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
