Matt Rogers is an experienced independent board member. He currently serves on the board of Exelon (NASDAQ: EXC), the largest electric and gas transmission and distribution utility in the United States, where he sits on the audit and risk committee and chairs the operations, safety, and customer care committee. He also serves on the board of 3Degrees, sitting on the finance, risk, and audit committee and chairing the strategy committee. He represents Ajax Strategies on the board of Natel Energy.

For more than 30 years, Rogers served energy clients around the world, leading McKinsey’s electric power, oil and gas, and sustainability practices. In 2009 and 2010, he served as the senior advisor to the US secretary of energy, leading the Recovery Act. He has written and spoken extensively on energy and sustainability topics and lectures annually at Stanford's Graduate School of Business and Univeristy of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
