Lynn Clarke has served on more than a dozen middle-market boards as an independent chair, lead, or director. Her current board service includes Just Born (maker of Mike & Ike, PEEPS), Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper, Vollrath Manufacturing, and Kalsec Global Flavorings. She also works with shareholders to create governance structures that include the elements of effective boards.  

Her industry experience spans consumer packaged goods (CPG), food service, e-commerce, retail, supply chain, and manufacturing. Clarke has been a CEO for two private equity-owned businesses and an e-commerce company she acquired that became a leading retailer of All-Clad cookware, surpassing Amazon for a time. As an executive at PepsiCo, Clarke gained functional expertise in corporate strategy, operations, manufacturing, brand strategy, marketing and sales. She was named NACD’s Private Company Director of the Year in 2021 and is one of three judges for Deloitte’s Best Managed Private Company program.
