Independent Director, Deep Isolation, Deep Fission, Titan Acquisition Corp
Leslie Goldman Tepper is lead independent director of Deep Isolation (DBHL), a nuclear technology company, where she chairs the compensation committee and serves on the audit and nominating and governance committees. She also chairs the nominating and governance committee of Deep Fission (FISN) and serves as a director of Titan Acquisition Corp. (TACH), a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company.
Tepper brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, board governance, executive leadership, venture capital, and highly regulated industries. She previously served as vice president and general counsel of Fisher HealthCare and as in-house counsel at Waste Management.
She later co-founded The Artemis Fund, an early-stage venture capital fund, where she served on several portfolio company boards and advised management teams on governance, leadership, growth, capital formation, and public-company readiness. She previously served on the boards of NACD chapters and on NACD’s private-company governance steering committee.
