Leonora Zilkha Williamson

Leonora Zilkha Williamson is an executive coach, facilitator, speaker and professor at Vanderbilt University, where she teaches negotiation, corporate social responsibility and family enterprise. 

She is the founder of Platinum Rule Advisors, a consulting firm that advises families, family businesses and family offices on leadership, governance, negotiation, and legacy. Williamson’s interest in family enterprise is deeply personal. Her family is the majority owner of Maine-based boat companies Sabre Yachts and Back Cove Yachts, where she serves on the boards.

Williamson's career includes roles at Brown Brothers Harriman, J.P. Morgan, Boston Consulting Group, and Estée Lauder. A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, she is also a certified coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation. Influence Digest named her the #1 Executive Coach in Nashville in 2021 and 2022, and the Nashville Business Journal named her a 2022 Woman of Influence.
