Lawrence Taylor is a C-level executive, advisor with more than 30 years of business experience and is an experienced public and private company board member having served on over 15 boards. He has guided organizations through complex restructurings, acquisitions, corporate development activities, and capital transactions totaling over $20 billion. He has worked and advised across a variety of industries, including casino gaming, hospitality, financial services, manufacturing, aviation, real estate, retail, and health care. Taylor currently serves on two public company boards, one private company board, and the NACD Pacific Southwest Chapter board. He is NACD Directorship Certified®, an NACD Board Leadership Fellow, was recognized as a “Director to Watch 2020” by the Private Company Director Magazine. and was recognized as 100 Exceptional Private Company Directors by Board Prospects. He currently chairs an audit committee and has chaired/served on nom/gov, compensation, strategic planning, finance, M&A, and other ad hoc committees. He is president of Taylor Strategy Group, advising companies on strategy, finance, restructuring, and board governance.
