Katya Andresen is a director at Wiley (NYSE: WLY). She also serves as The Cigna Group's EVP and chief data, digital & AI officer. In this role, she leads data commercialization, digital, advanced analytics, enterprise AI strategy, The Lab by Evernorth, the Evernorth Research Institute, and customer experience innovation across the enterprise.

Prior to joining The Cigna Group in 2021, Andresen drove experience innovation in financial services as a senior vice president at Capital One, where she led an integrated, end-to-end customer experience strategy across key touchpoints. Earlier, she served in executive roles for mission-focused technology companies, as CEO of the education technology company Cricket Media, and chief operating officer and chief strategy officer of Network for Good, a payments platform and SaaS enterprise solution for digital giving and social actions founded by AOL, Yahoo!, and Cisco.

Andresen holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Haverford College.
