Karen Richardson is a returning director of Exponent, Inc. and BP. She is a partner at Artius II Acquisition Inc. During her 30-year career in the technology and software industry, Richardson held senior operating roles in the public and private technology sector. She was vice president of sales at Netscape Communications Corporation before embarking on several senior executive roles at E.piphany, including chief executive officer.  Previously, Richardson was chair  at Origin Materials Inc. and served as a director of Exponent, Inc., BT PLC, and Worldpay Inc.
