Julie Bedard is a leader in Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice, focused on talent strategy and artificial intelligence. She sits on BCG's Global AI Leadership team and leads the People Agenda of the Future (PAF), a global initiative that translates BCG's cutting-edge thinking on AI adoption, workforce strategy, and productivity into actionable strategies for CEOs and chief human resource officers.

Bedard is also a research fellow with the BCG Institute. Her research focuses on the transition of work to agent-led processes and explores how AI is reshaping work and value creation.
