John Driver is CEO of Lynx Technology and an independent director with experience across technology, financial services, and energy. He serves as Llad independent director of Broadway Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: BYFC) and its subsidiary City First Bank, where he chairs the Risk & Compliance Committee and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He previously served on the board of Vital Energy, Inc. (NYSE: VTLE).

Driver founded Lynx Technology through a management buyout of a NTT DOCOMO subsidiary and led its evolution into a profitable global platform. Earlier, he was COO and CMO of PacketVideo, overseeing international operations.

He is president of the NACD Pacific Southwest Chapter and board chair of 50/50 Women on Boards. He is a recipient of a Director of the Year Award from Corporate Directors Forum and a Directors to Watch Award from Directors & Boards, and frequently speaks on governance, risk, and technology oversight.
