Jeri Isbell serves on the board of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc., where she chairs the HR and Compensation Committee. Previously, she served for 11 years on the board of Atkore Inc., where she chaired the Nominating and Governance Committee and served on the HR and Compensation Committee. She is also the Advisory Board Chair for the NACD Florida Chapter.

An experienced corporate executive whose background combines both human resources and finance, Isbell was the chief human resources officer at Lexmark International for more than 10 years. Prior to this role, she worked for more than 10 years in finance and accounting and served as the US controller and chief financial officer of a $3 billion division at Lexmark.

She is an NACD Board Leadership Fellow, NACD Directorship Certified, and was recognized in the 2021 NACD Directorship 100™.
