Jaime Mahoney is General Manager, Americas for Champion Petfoods, a Mars Incorporated company with more than $1 billion in retail sales.  She brings extensive consumer products leadership experience, with a track record of transforming businesses, scaling organizations, and accelerating growth.

Prior to Champion Petfoods, Jaime served as CEO of Jacobs Douwe Egberts USA, a luxury Tea & Coffee company and subsidiary of JDE Peets (AMS: JDEP).  Her expertise spans general management, e-commerce, marketing, innovation, and global supply chain, with particular strength in business transformation.   As an intrapreneur, Jaime has built and led highly engaged, entrepreneurial teams within global organizations.  Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Keurig, PepsiCo, and Unilever.

Jaime currently serves as Board Director of the Center for Women & Enterprise and as Board Advisor to the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory.  She previously served as Board Advisor to THE MOST, a hair-care technology company, and Speciate AI, an artificial intelligence consultancy specializing in consumer research.

Jaime earned her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and her BS from Babson College.
