Hari Panday is a financial executive, governance expert, and corporate director with more than 20 years of board experience and 40 years in the financial services industry across Canada and the United States. His expertise spans banking, capital markets, risk management, corporate strategy, restructuring, CEO succession, talent management, and crisis oversight.

Panday founded and served as president and CEO of ICICI Bank Canada, leading the institution through regulatory approval, launch, and growth. Earlier in his career, he held executive and leadership roles with HSBC Bank Canada, Bank of Montreal, and PwC.

He currently serves on the boards of the Ontario Securities Commission, Meridian Credit Union, and TD Asset Management’s Independent Review Committee. A Fellow CPA, CGA, and certified corporate director in both Canada and the US, Panday also advises boards and provides governance education internationally.
