Gloria Larson
Board Member, reacHIRE, NACD New England
Gloria Cordes Larson is a lawyer, public policy expert, business leader, and former university president with extensive experience in governance and organizational leadership. She served as president of Bentley University for 11 years and later was president in residence at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Prior to leading Bentley , Larson was a senior partner at Foley Hoag; Massachusetts secretary of consumer affairs and business regulation and secretary of economic development under Governor William Weld; and deputy director of consumer protection at the Federal Trade Commission.
Larson has served on five public company boards, including Fortune 500 company Unum Group, currently sits on the board of reacHIRE. She is a NACD Directorship Top 100 honoree and serves on several nonprofit and educational baords, including NACD New England.
Larson holds degrees from Vassar College and the University of Virginia School of Law.
