Gayla Delly currently serves on the boards of directors of Broadcom Inc. and Martin Marietta Inc. She previously served on the boards of Benchmark Electronics, Flowserve, National Instruments, Littelfuse, and Power One, Inc. Throughout her board career, Delly has chaired nominating and governance, finance, and audit committees and has served as a member of compensation and executive committees.

Delly retired as president and chief executive officer of Benchmark Electronics, an electronics manufacturing services provider, in 2016 following a 21-year career with the company. Prior to becoming CEO, she served as Benchmark’s chief financial officer. Earlier in her career, Delly was a senior manager in audit at KPMG.
