Enrico DiGirolamo is a C-suite international executive, board director, and senior advisor to technology companies, manufacturing concerns, and private equity firms. He has extensive experience leading complex global businesses for General Motors, Allstate Insurance, and Covisint.

Enrico is chair of the board of Coherent Corporation, a member of the S&P 500 and a $45 billion global leader in engineered materials, lasers, and optoelectronic components (NYSE:COHR). He is a member of the audit committee and has chaired several committees. DiGirolamo is an operating partner for AFI Partners, a  private equity firm, and serves on the boards of portfolio companies. He is also a senior advisor to FEP, a private equity firm that invests in franchise businesses.

From 2013 to 2017, DiGirolamo served as chief financial officer for Covisint Corporation (NASDAQ:COVS), a leading cloud computing company. He was with Allstate Insurance (NYSE:ALL) from 2010-2013, where he served as senior vice president. From 2008 to 2010, he served as vice president and CFO for General Motors in Europe. During a 31-year career with General Motors (NYSE:GM), he held a variety of senior executive positions throughout the corporation, including 12 years overseas.
