Dominic Venditti is a senior manager in EY’s Family Enterprise Business Services (FEBS) practice, where he advises private business owners on achieving their growth, development, and long-term ownership goals. His work includes developing financial models and analyses to support middle-market companies in evaluating growth opportunities, liquidity needs, and capitalization plans. He also helps business-owning families navigate generational transitions through the development of effective family and corporate governance systems.

Prior to joining the FEBS, Venditti worked in EY’s risk advisory practice, where he helped clients maximize efficiencies and minimize risk across a wide range of business processes and functions. Before joining EY, he worked in the risk management division for PNC Financial Services Group.
