Derrick Queen
Managing Director, Head of Activism Defense & Shareholder Advisory Practice, RBC
Derrick Queen is a managing director and head of RBC’s Activism Defense and Shareholder Advisory Practice. Previously, he held a similar role Rothschild & Co, advising corporations and their boards on complex activism, governance, and shareholder related issues.
Prior to Rothschild, Queen worked as a shareholder activist, most recently with Starboard Value, one of North America's largest and most aggressive activist hedge funds.
