Denise L. Devine is CEO of FNB Holdings, LLC, and founder, CAO, and CFO of
RTM Vital Signs, LLC, a clinical-stage medical device and digital health analytics company. She is an experienced executive leader, entrepreneur, and serial company founder with 30 years of experience spanning start-ups to Fortune 100 corporations.
As a board director, Devine has extensive governance experience, including
activist investor situations, private equity investors, and initial public offerings. She currently serves on the boards of Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT), SelectQuote, Inc. (NYSE: SLQT), Innovative Aerosystems, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ISSC), AUS, Inc. (ESOP-owned), and NACD Philadelphia.
Devine is a CPA and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MS in taxation and BS in accounting from Villanova University.
