Daniel Dobrygowski

Daniel Dobrygowski is the author of the book Technology Governance: Build Trust into Digital Innovation. He has held senior technology governance roles at law firms, tech companies, and international organizations. Dobrygowski currently leads cybersecurity legal at Sophos and was formerly the head of governance and trust at the World Economic Forum (WEF). At WEF, he established the forum's work on trustworthy technology across cybersecurity, AI, and other fields. He teaches at Columbia University and his research has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Wired, TechPolicy.Press, and other publications.

Dobrygowski is an advisory board member of the Digital Trust Council and has served as an Expert Advisor to the OECD, a member of the NACD Blue Ribbon Commission on board oversight of technology, and a board member of the Cyber Risk Institute. He has been recognized in the NACD Directorship 100™ as one of the most influential leaders in the corporate governance community.
