Claudia Fan Munce

Claudia Fan Munce is a corporate director, technology executive, Stanford lecturer, and venture investor with more than three decades of experience at the intersection of technology, innovation, venture capital, and corporate governance. She currently serves as an independent director at Best Buy Corporation, BMO Financial Corporation, and Arteris, Inc. She also serves as a venture advisor at NEA, one of the world's leading venture capital firms.

Munce is a lecturer of corporate governance at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Stanford Law School. She is chair emeritus of NACD Northern California Chapter and a certified cybersecurity oversight director. Born in Taiwan and raised in Brazil, she holds a master of science in computer science from Santa Clara University School of Engineering and a master of science in management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
