Cynthia Jamison has served as chairman of the board of Darden Restaurants since 2023. She is also a director and audit chair for IFF, Inc (International Flavors and Fragrances) and a director at Advanced Auto Parts. Jamison previously chaired the boards of Tractor Supply Company and Big Lots Inc., and served as audit chair for ODP Corp.

Prior to her full-time Board service, Jamison had an executive career as a “Crisis CFO”, and her expertise on financial and boardroom topics has been featured in Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, CFO Magazine, Agenda, Board Member, and the Economist.

An NACD Board Leadership Fellow, Jamison has been recognized as a “Top 100 Director” and a 2025 “Director to Watch” by Directors & Boards. She is vice chair of Save The Children US and recently completed a four-year term as a member of FASAC, the advisory board to the Financial Accounting Standards Board.
