Christopher Lee is a board member serving on 11 Exchange Traded Funds (Matthews ETFs) listed on the NYSE. He is NACD Directorship certified, has been a senior partner for 14 years at FAA Investments, and has served as an executive coach and mentor for 3 years at The ExCo Leadership Group.

Previously, Lee served as an independent director for Asia Master Fund (ASX: AUF) in Australia and Goldwind Science & Technology Co. Ltd. (SEHK: 2208) in China. Earlier in his career, Lee was an investment banker for 18 years at Deutsche Bank, UBS AG, and Bank of America–Merrill Lynch. He rose rapidly to managing director in 2004 as divisional business head and served on the global management committee.

Lee is a part-time professor at Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. He holds a BS and an MBA from UC Berkeley and an ALM in international relations from Harvard.
