Chad Holliday is lead independent director at Venterra Group PLC and chief advisor at Resource Resolutions. Holliday is also a founding member of the International Business Council and a senior fellow of The Mission Possible Partnership (MPP), an alliance of climate leaders focused on supercharging efforts to decarbonize some of the world’s highest emitting industries in the next 10 years. Previously, he served as Chair of Royal Dutch Shell PLC; Chair of Bank of America Corporation; and Chair and CEO of DuPont de Nemours, Inc. Holliday also has served as Chair of the following organizations: U.S. Council on Competitiveness; Sustainable Energy for All; World Business Council for Sustainable Development; Catalyst; Business Council; and the National Academy of Engineering.
