Caroline Schoenecker is the experience director for Deloitte’s Center for Board Effectiveness, helping lead boardroom experiences and insights that support corporate boards and directors in fulfilling their governance-related responsibilities. She leads team operations and strategy, helping directors deliver value to the organizations they serve by providing a portfolio of innovative experiences and thought leadership throughout their tenure.

Schoenecker also leads an array of strategic initiatives, including those focused on talent growth and development, market-leading research and sensing, and strategic client and sponsorship relationships. Previously, she served as the chief of staff for the Deloitte US chief inclusion officer and held various client service roles in Deloitte Consulting LLP.She holds a BA from Northwestern University, an MA from American University, and an MBA from The University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
