Carin Robinson
Managing Director, Government Insights Center, PWC
Carin Robinson is a managing director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center, where she helps boards, executive teams, and investors navigate an evolving governance landscape. With more than 20 years of corporate governance experience, she advises clients on governance strategy, board composition, director recruitment, board effectiveness, succession planning, and director development. She also counsels executives and management teams on strengthening board engagement.
Before joining the Governance Insights Center, Robinson worked in PwC’s private practice, helping private companies establish and mature their governance practices. Earlier, she was a member of PwC's risk assurance practice, focusing on corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and compliance. She is also a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP).
Robinson was a 2025 NACD Directorship 100 honoree and a lead writer of COSO's 2026 corporate governance publication. She holds a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Maastricht University.
