Bob Marcus is a change strategist at Russell Reynolds Associates, specializing in advising first-time CEOs and seasoned leaders on change strategies and culture evolution.

Before joining Russell Reynolds, Marcus founded Nvolv, a boutique consulting firm serving CEOs and C-suite executives of top companies. He has significant experience working with CEOs, chief financial officers, chief HR officers, and other C-suite leaders. He especially enjoys partnering with first-time CEOs, executives preparing for C-suite roles, and emerging women leaders.

Marcus holds a BA from Tufts University, where he studied international economics and economic history, and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he was a Global Leadership Fellow.

He is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago and invests time and energy in numerous community organizations in Rochester, New York.
