Bob Black is a board director, board chair, CEO coach, executive advisory partner at Wind Point Partners, and senior advisor to Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Following a global operating career spanning consumer products, industrials, healthcare, and diversified businesses, he now advises boards, CEOs, and leadership teams on strategy, governance, growth, and transformation.

Black brings more than 50 years of board experience, having served on 14 public, private equity-backed, and family-owned company boards across North America and Asia. He has chaired six companies and served on audit, compensation, nominating and governance, and transaction committees. He also works closely with CEOs, succession candidates, and executive teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness during periods of change.

Previously, Black served as group president, chief innovation officer, and chief strategy officer at Kimberly-Clark and as president and chief operating officer of Sammons Enterprises. He holds a BS from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
