Benjamin van Giffen is associate professor of information systems & digital innovation at the University of Liechtenstein and lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, specializing in AI management, strategy, and governance. He is a trusted advisor to boards, senior executives, and regulatory agencies across Europe and the United States on developing AI strategies that focus on customer and business value, while ensuring responsible adoption and oversight.
