Avril Ussery Sisk, NACD.DC™, is a governance leader and board director. She previously served on the NextUp Solutions board, a privately held information technology company. In that role, she supported significant growth and a successful acquisition exit.
Sisk holds several national governance leadership roles. She is Chair of the NACD Capital Area Chapter Advisory Board. She serves on the Governance Council of Athena Alliance and on Alpha Council. She is also a member of the Corporate Council of Black Professionals in International Affairs.
