Arnaldo Ulaj is a partner at ClearBridge with nearly 15 years of experience advising boards and senior management on executive compensation and corporate governance matters. He works with public and private companies, including Fortune 500 companies, on designing incentive plans that support the company’s short- and long-term strategic vision, aligning pay and performance outcomes, and driving long-term shareholder value creation.

Ulaj has extensive experience navigating complex compensation related matters during various types of transactions (e.g., M&A, IPO, SPAC). Hisinsights on compensation and incentive design that have been featured in Agenda, Bloomberg, and Directors and Boards.

Prior to joining ClearBridge, he worked for FW Cook and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He holds a BS in finance from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.
