Andrea Bonime-Blanc, JD/PhD, is founder & CEO of GEC Risk Advisory, a board member, strategic advisor, and author.  She specializes in the governance of change focusing on global megatrends, leadership trust, geopolitical change, ESG/ESGT, sustainability, and exponential technology, advising business, NGOs, and government. A former c-suite executive at four global companies (including Bertelsmann and PSEG Global), she serves on several boards and advisory boards internationally (including Keralty’s International AI Advisory Board). She is Senior Fellow at The Conference Board and NYU’s Center for Global Affairs 

Andrea is the Independent Ethics Advisor to the Financial Oversight & Management Board for Puerto Rico, global faculty at the Institute for Corporate Directors Malaysia, and Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Her latest book is Governing Pandora: Leading in the Age of Generative AI and Exponential Technology (Georgetown University Press 2026). She was born and raised in Germany and Spain, received a joint JD in Law and PhD in Political Science from Columbia University.
