Amy Tymoszenko

Amy Tymoszenko is vice president, Audit & Risk Advisory at The Clorox Company, where she serves as chief audit executive and leads the company’s global internal audit function. In this role, she advises senior leadership and the audit committee on financial, operational, technology, and compliance risks.
A strategic risk advisor, Tymoszenko brings extensive experience in governance, risk management, and modernizing audit functions through technology-enabled, risk-based approaches. She partners with executive leadership to provide independent insight on transformation initiatives and emerging risks, including cybersecurity, AI, and regulatory readiness.
She serves on several governance and oversight committees focused oncybersecurity,information security, internal controls, disclosure, and co-chairs the company’s risk Committee. Tymoszenko also serves on the board of The Clorox Company Foundation.
Prior to joining Clorox, Tymoszenko was a managing director at KPMG. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in accounting from Southern Illinois University.
